Weekly on Mon, Wed, Fri | Perfect for those just getting started, recommitting after long break, or post injury recovery. Activities per session will vary based on weather and total number of participants. Outdoors in park setting w/covered area, trails near Cougar Mountain, or Newcastle/Renton/Newport neighborhoods.

WEEKLY ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
• BootCamp/KickBoxing - Tone, strength, and condition
• Walk/Run/Hike - Lots of moderate to challenging hills, high school track available
• Yoga - Slow paced, gentle movement
• Bicycling - Lots of hills, mostly road rides, some trails, mountain biking in spring/summer

$10 Advanced or $15 Drop-In
(Refer two friends and become a Facebook fan and get one month free!)

* Targets abs, thighs, calves, hips, and gluts
* Strength and conditioning for functional fitness
